Park Bench Health, LLC
Guidelines for Visits In the Office, updated 10/28/2022

Park Bench Health, LLC welcomes you too attend in-office visits if you have received all vaccines and boosters for COVID-19 for which you are eligible.

There is a risk of COVID-19 infection with any interaction with others and a telehealth visit instead of an in person visit remains an option at any time.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health no longer mandates masks in this office: Freestanding, outpatient behavioral health settings are not subject to the requirements of this Order. Masks are optional for staff, patients, vendors, and visitors in these settings.

Masks are no longer required in the waiting room. If you would like me to continue to wear a mask for your in person visit, let me know and I will gladly do so.

Please continue to follow the CDC guidelines regarding symptoms, testing, isolation periods, and masking if you or anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of or has tested positive for COVID-19. The following CDC resource explains the current guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/index.html

For any mild cold symptoms that are testing negative for covid, please consider a telehealth visit that day. If a telehealth visit does not work for you, please wear a mask to your visit and let me know so that I can wear a mask as well.

The office is located at 76 Bedford Street, Suite 12, Lexington, MA. Enter the main doors to Custance Place, go up the stairs or take the elevator to the second floor, turn left at the top of the stairs and go to the end of the hall to enter the Suite 12 waiting room.
