The practice will provide therapy and medication management patients access to a detailed statement documenting services, diagnostic codes, and payments which you may submit to your insurance company if you wish to do so. Insurances range from reimbursing the majority of fees after deductibles are met to reimbursing no fees. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits and whether or not your insurance plan offers any out of network reimbursement.
